Terra Nostra is a members club built as a union of potential investors, administered by the Singapore based company Immobiliere Global Invest Pte Ltd.

Our members are called Patrons, and are spread around the globe. Patrons are continually fed information about interesting investment opportunities, and also invited to join the company officers on unique investment trips. ​

The company invests for itself, yet, while evaluating such opportunities it also shares with absolute transparency information with all members, who are allowed and even encouraged to also invest individually. Thereby creating a dynamic and powerful investment group.

​The Patrons meet during the many investment trips, but also at special and networking events held at different locations. Many such special events originate from individual Patrons, who invite the others into “their world”. ​

Patrons enjoy many privileges such as world-wide hotel discounts, flight benefits, financial assistance, and etcetera. However, the biggest advantages are derived from the networking aspects amongst the members themselves. The wider founding principle however is that the club functions as a global fellowship through which the members create life-long ties, and help each other in business as well as privately.

The Terra Nostra motto, “virtutes veteres in mundi novo” (old values in a new world) is illustrated by our old school logo contrasted by a modern webpage design. We believe in business ethics, in loyalty, and in the virtue of the saying “a man's word is his bond”.   ​

The criteria for selecting new members are very strict. Applications are only reviewed if they are submitted with a recommendation from an existing Patron.
